Nathan LaMotte

Nathan LaMotte is a graduate of the Santa Clara University School of Law and is a seasoned family law attorney. He spent the last decade of his career practicing family law in Silicon Valley handling complex and highly contentious divorce cases and is adept at handling all types of family law matters in California. In addition to maintaining his own private divorce litigation practice for over a decade, Nathan is also very involved with the local bar and bench, having served as the secretary of the family law section of the Santa Clara Bar Association and volunteering as a settlement attorney for the Santa Clara Superior Court.
Throughout his ten years of divorce litigation experience, Nathan saw the value prenuptial agreements had in the family law process in California, and when handling highly contested cases, often found himself wishing more couples chose to document their understandings regarding marital assets and support before entering marriage. During his practice, Nathan found prenuptial agreements to be valuable tools for couples, helping clarify financial expectations, protect assets, and limit uncertainty, which can help couples manage their financial affairs during marriage and help prevent common financial disputes that can erode marital bonds. Andrew Liu
Attorney
Andrew Liu graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law and National Taiwan University. During law school, he interned at Taikyo, Nakajima & Kato in Japan, where he focused on intellectual property matters, including drafting responses to the USPTO. Among many other valuable skills, Andrew is able to communicate in Mandarin Chinese.
After graduation, Andrew spent several years in the biotech and tech industries in the Bay Area working at several notable companies drafting and negotiating high-valued, complex contracts. After many years working in tech, Andrew decided to apply and dedicate his negotiation and contract drafting skills to providing Californians with affordable and effective prenuptial agreements.
